SAVING GROUPS IN TUZAMUKANE PROJECT
Tuzamukane project is a project which will be implemented in Kigali city in its three districts namely Gasabo, Nyarugenge, and Kicukiro, within three years from January 2022 to December 2024. Its main goal is to improve Street vendors and market former street vendor’s livelihood in Kigali city to make them more economic shock resilient through village savings and loans associations, awareness to economic independence rights, entrepreneurship skills and empowered to have dialogues with their local government authorities in the region.
The project will be implemented in Rwanda in three district. In each District three Sectors will be selected in collaboration of local government authorities based on the sector with many market vendors in need.
